As an Executive Growth Leader, I have more than 20 years of experience specializing in strategic planning and consulting. I have a background in leveraging the Appreciative Inquiry change method, high-level negotiations, and business development. I am well-versed in global, cross-functional, and executive collaboration. It is my passion to drive successful large change initiatives from mergers to revitalizing stale culture to support and influence organizational success.

Led an organization through a process redesign that shortened the sales cycle and generated a 400% increase in efficiency and a 500% growth in revenue

Recognized a significant need for support of at-risk youth in Nepali brick kilns, urban refugees, and urban youth, organizing the non-profit organization to establish a broad network that included board members, legal, finances, donors, and volunteers to connect the pieces and drive change

Spearheaded beta test and full-scale rollout of a project across 200+ AvalonBay properties, encompassing over 100K multi-family units, achieving successful implementation in less than 6 months
