What's your role at G7?
I serve as the Regional Manager for the state of Pennsylvania and the panhandle of West Virginia, where I work to spread the G7 mission throughout.
Why are passionate about G7?
G7 allows me the opportunity to achieve my life goals, which are the following:
- Living my faith
- Loving my family
- Serving my community
What's your background?
I graduated from Clarion University with a B.S. in business administration. After spending 40 years in the financial services industry, I sold the company that I cofounded and lead as the President and CEO from 1998 to 2014. Afterwards, I joined the John Maxwell Team and am currently one of their Certified Independent Speaker Coach and trainers. I also am the Live2Lead Host in Dublin, Ohio and for Live2Lead in Southpointe, PA.
I have served on the board of several industry association as well has serving in church leadership for over 25 years.
One of the many high points in my career is in 2014, I was asked to be the financial team leader for the Festival of Hope with Franklin Graham and the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association in Pittsburgh, PA.
What do you like doing when you're not working?
My wife Cathie and I have been married since 1970, and we have been blessed with three children and six grandchildren.
I enjoy mentoring men when I am not with my family, and I'm a big fan of the sports teams in the Pittsburgh area, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers!
What's your favorite book of the Bible and why?
The book of Joshua is my favorite. Joshua had big shoes to fill. He had to cross a mighty river, defeat stronger armies, destroy cities while leading people who lacked experience and skills... all without Moses, his leader and mentor.
He remained submissive to God, learned to move ahead without Moses, and did whatever needed to do be done, regardless of the obstacles.
- "As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord is my house’s commitment." (Jsh. 24:15)
- "Be strong and of good courage, do not be afraid, nor dismayed, for the Lord is with you wherever you go has sustained me in good times and bad."(Jsh. 1:9)
