G7 Networking Front Mezzanine / Section 202

• G7 Large Group pricing is $249 through August 16, 11:59pm CT
• $279 through December 18, 11:59pm CT
• Includes Front Mezzanine seats for the 2025 Global Leadership Summit with lunches both days of the Summit.

By registering here, G7 members access our reserved seating section, plus receive lunches both days, and you get to select a specific seat within the section.

**PLEASE NOTE**

During the registration process, you will be asked to select your Day 1 and Day 2 Lunch options.

Because lunch is included as part of your ticket, please choose “Not needed/Will decide later”.

If you choose a different option, the cost for the lunch chosen will be needlessly added on to your total ticket cost.

Step 1: Select Your Individual Seats (1-10)

• You’ll see a block of 110 seats colored in pink. These individual seats are in Section 202 of the Mezzanine of the main auditorium at Willow Creek Community Church (South Barrington Campus). 
• Select the seats for you and your guests. Once the seat is selected by you, it will darken.
• Once you’ve selected the seats for you and your guests, hit the blue CONTINUE button (bottom right corner)

Note: If you’d like to order tickets for a large group of people (10 or more) and assign those tickets later, please see the large group ticket guidelines at the end of this PDF.

Step 2: Enter Attendee + Lunch + Special Needs Information

• Enter the information for you and your guests. 
• Important: At the bottom of this page, it will ask you to select your Day 1 and Day 2 lunch options. Because lunch is included in your ticket price, please choose “Not needed/Will Decide Later” as your lunch option for both days. 
• If you or any of your guests require close captioning or wheelchair accessible seating, please select the appropriate boxes. 
• Once you have entered all of the information, hit the blue CONTINUE button (bottom right corner)

Step 3: Check Out & Payment Information

• Submit the appropriate payment information and select PAY NOW
• Once you are successfully registered, you will receive confirmation via email. There, you’ll be able to view your tickets and make any changes if needed right up to the 2025 GLS.

Large Group Ticket Ordering Guidelines (10+ tickets)

• Click the G7 2025 GLS Registration link
• Once seats are selected, click continue
• After answering the background questions and accepting the terms and conditions, click continue to be taken to the attendee information page
• On the attendee information page, just above the “Attendee Information” wording in the center of the page, there is an option to “skip details” directly next to the “send as a gift option”. After selecting skip details, if multiple tickets were chosen on the first page, a box will appear that reads, “This registration will be completed at a later date.” An option to skip all attendees will also be available to then direct you to the purchase page.
• On the confirmation email that is sent following the purchase, there are instructions on how to access the purchasers account to add attendee information.

Please keep in mind - any seats not purchased within our group by December 18th, will be released to the general public. This means if there is spacing between G7 selected seats, the public will be seated amongst our group when they purchase a ticket after December 18.
