I have a background in leveraging the Appreciative Inquiry change method, high-level negotiations, and business development. I am well-versed in global, cross-functional, and executive collaboration. It is my passion to drive successful large change initiatives from mergers to revitalizing stale culture to support and influence organizational success.

Led an organization through a process redesign that shortened the sales cycle and generated a 400% increase in efficiency and a 500% growth in revenue

Recognized a significant need for support of at-risk youth in Nepali brick kilns, urban refugees, and urban youth, organizing the non-profit organization to establish a broad network that included board members, legal, finances, donors, and volunteers to connect the pieces and drive change

Performed as the Chairman of the GCC Nepal and leveraged expertise to assist in renewing a 10-year vision, establish a leadership team, and drive member engagement

Led project at Athene Annuity & Life Insurance that identified strategies to lower annuity application processing time, managing team to create a software solution that increased payment velocity via reducing processing time by 10x, all under budget and on schedule

Spearheaded beta test and full-scale rollout of a project across 200+ AvalonBay properties, encompassing over 100K multi-family units, achieving successful implementation in less than 6 months
