As the Regional Manager, I am responsible for building chapters in Southeast Florida.

Chuck owns Proven Solutions, a business consulting firm specializing in helping our clients save taxes, reduce expenses, and recover insurance underpayments. The companies we represent have performed over 1,000,000 analyses, and have saved commercial property owners, businesses, professionals, and other employers over $37 Billion.
Raised in the western suburbs of Chicago, Chuck earned his B.A. degree in International Relations from Purdue University, and then served 3 years as a Ranger and Airborne qualified Army officer in the US and Germany. He joined a Johnson and Johnson subsidiary, Ortho Pharmaceutical, for eight years in sales and sales management, where the sales division he managed won the national sales contest.
Chuck left Ortho so he could start helping clients discover innovative solutions to their financial puzzles, initially working primarily with medical doctors. He earned the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations, and maintained his Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) license for over 20 years.
Tax savings are achieved for Chuck’s clients by implementing Employee Wellness plans, utilizing the Work Opportunity Tax Credit, Employee Retention Credit, Research & Development Tax Credit, Cost Segregation on Commercial Real Estate, as well as multiple state and local tax incentives.
The Medical Underpayment Review and Recapture Program has recovered insurance underpayments for hospital networks, medical practices, and other healthcare facilities in 100% of the projects we have implemented.
Chuck has completed – and served as a Coach for – Lifework Leadership. He has been a Charter Member of Kingdom Advisors and a Certified Kingdom Advisor™.
Chuck has served two terms on the Board of Governors of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce and has been on the Executive Committee. He completed Leadership Broward, Class XII. He has been an officer and director of the Estate Planning Councils of Broward County (Florida) and Milwaukee (Wisconsin), and has been a director of the Broward County Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and the Planned Giving Council of Broward County. He has taught Wills, Estate, & Financial Planning seminars with a Board-Certified Estate Planning and Probate Lawyer (LL.M.).
Chuck is a leader at his church, is Chairman Emeritus of the Board of CBMC-South Florida (the Christian Businessmen’s Connection), and has served on the Board of Hope Women’s Centers, the Secretariat of the Gold Coast Via de Cristo, and the Beachfest Steering Committee.
Chuck has been blessed with two children and seven grandchildren.
